Dr Chai is a rare find. I've been to some pretty great doctors in Newport Beach, but after having my children I was looking for more of a concierge doctor. My goal was to find a doctor that would spend a little extra time with me, but not keep me waiting in the waiting room for an hour.

Dr. Chai is not only a great gynecologist but her thorough approach actually saved my life four years ago when she conscientiously took a fax that came in after-hours and evaluated lab results, which resulted in a phone call telling me to get to the emergency room right away. It was a Friday and the general consensus was that I would not have made it through the weekend. Her approach is professional and she really listens to what you have to say.
